Our history and purpose
Since 1999, NASPA has been representing the needs of its agent members not only with SIS, but with the entire Insurance Industry. Through its involvement in ACT (Agents Council for Technology) and ACORD/LOMA Leader’s Group with AUGIE Leader’s Group (ACORD-User Groups Information Exchange), NASPA has voiced the needs of the “average sized” agency. NASPA has been the leader on the Committee to get Regional Companies involved in the technology for Real Time to make it easier for our Users to do business with our smaller Companies.
From its very beginnings, NASPA has been the main sounding board for improvements in the SIS management systems. From Partner 1.x through the current version of the Partner XE agency Management System, we have worked with SIS to develop and improve the use of our system. Education has been one of the main thrusts of NASPA and has included seminars and conventions over the years. Currently, NASPA is working with SIS in developing Web based training modules that our Users can access when it is needed.
We look forward to continuing our growth with the continued advances that XE will bring to our Agencies. This will take an effort on all our parts and we look forward to the input from all of our Users.
